Note to our U.S.A customers:

NO TARIFF’S OR DUTY FEE’S WILL BE PASSED ON TO OUR CUSTOMERS. Not now, not ever.

Our products are manufactured with high quality overseas. However after our factory produces your goods we package them and ship them directly to our DUTY FREE warehouse in the U.S. where USPS picks them up and delivers them to your door.

What does this mean? It means you will not get the $100 consumer duty fee AND, we’ve taken on this new tax ourselves, thus keeping our prices the same and not passing the new costs on to you.

At our store, we are committed to providing fast and reliable shipping for our customers. We offer a couple of shipping options to meet your needs, and we will do our best to make sure your order is delivered to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping Policies  

  • Free standard shipping is available on all U.S. orders over $50, excluding Hawaii and Alaska.

  • Discount codes cannot be combined with any other offers.

  • Once an order is placed we cannot make any changes or cancellations prior to shipping. Our customer service response time with emails is within 24 hours.

  • We ship from Bozeman, Montana.

  • We ship via USPS and UPS(estimated delivery time: 3–15 days).

  • Oversized orders will incur an additional charge. Unfortunately, we do not know these charges until we have the order and destination. 

  • We offer international shipping services, and our shipping within the United States is generally faster than our international shipping services.

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on product weights and dimensions. Large items, even if they are lightweight, incur higher shipping costs due to the volume of the shipping box.


Returns & Refunds

Please initiate the return or exchange process by sending an email to stockholmlights.help@gmail.com as listed in our contact information. In your email, kindly provide your order number and reason for the return or exchange. Our customer service team will assist you promptly.

Return Conditions:

30-Day Return Guarantee: We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange, excluding shipping costs.

Unused and in Original Condition: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Please ensure that the product is in the same condition as when you received it.

The warranty applies to the following conditions:

Items must not be damaged. The original packaging must be available.

The goods must be in a condition that allows us to resell them.

Upon receipt of returned items, the order will be cancelled. Any amounts already paid by the client will be refunded to the client's account from the original payment within 14 days of termination of the agreement.

Cancellation of an order must be made in writing to us.

The following items are exempt from return:

Goods ordered for business projects;

Products made to order. Such specially ordered and/or custom-made items cannot be returned.

Note:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product arrives damaged or due to a manufacturing defect. If the product arrives damaged, we will send a replacement at our own expense. However, if the customer simply did not like the product, the customer must cover the return shipping costs.

Returns without a tracking code may be lost in the mail; we encourage customers to always register returns with us and include a tracking code.
